1) Eligibility (17+)
The Services are intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least
17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2) The Services
Desio is your ultimate weather companion, providing accurate 7-day forecasts to help you plan your week. Desio also
offers a photo-based feature to turn moments into reminders: snap a picture, add input, and set customized reminders.
We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.
3) Accounts
- Creation: some features may require an account (name/username/email).
- Security: keep your credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.
- Accuracy: provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- Suspension/termination: we may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or as required by law.
4) User Content (photos, text, and inputs)
You may submit photos and text inputs ("User Content") for the photo-based reminders feature or when contacting
support.

Limited license: you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and process User Content
solely to operate and provide the Services and fulfill your requests.
- No facial recognition/biometrics: we do not perform facial recognition or biometric identification.
- Server-side processing and deletion: uploads for photo-based reminders are deleted immediately after processing completes.
You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights to submit it. Do not submit content that violates
law or the rights of others.
5) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or bypass security features.
- Transmit malware, harass others, or impersonate others.
- Scrape or excessively access the Services in ways that harm performance or availability.
6) Weather information disclaimer
Weather data can be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. The Services are provided for informational purposes only and
should not be relied upon as the sole source for safety-critical decisions. You are responsible for evaluating weather
conditions and making appropriate decisions.
7) Intellectual property
The Services (excluding your User Content) are owned by Desio Team or its licensors and are protected by applicable
intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own
non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
8) Third-party services
The Services may rely on third-party services (for example, data hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or weather data
providers). Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
9) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DESIO TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS/REVENUES OR DATA, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO
USE THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT WILL DESIO TEAM'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF
ANY) TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11) Governing law & dispute resolution (binding arbitration)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to
conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by
binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action, except where
prohibited by applicable law.
